As our pieces are all hand made, and made to order, we are unable to offer refunds on non faulty personalised jewellery items purchased from our site. We do however offer a resizing service at the expense of the purchaser.
If your piece of jewellery is faulty i.e. does not match your requested size, or requested text, we ask that you send it back to us for assessment. If we find the jewellery to be faulty, we will be happy to offer a full refund on purchase price or a replacement piece of jewellery, whichever you prefer; and a full refund on additional postage costs incurred.
